I just wanted to share my experience at this location. We showed up with a reservation that apparently didn't exist thanks to a third party company. Not only did the front desk assistant Shawayna go above and beyond to help find our reservation, she helped us cancel the old one and honored the rate. She was incredibly helpful, and made our stay more than easy. Because of that 5 star all the way. Its the effort to help the customer that truly separates this location from others.

I think for the price that they changed us compared with what we have got a little bit much. We have stayed there for 3 night but they didn't provide any fresh towels or clean the room. They changed $13.95 for breakfast with similar foods that they serve for free at Hampton inn. The front desk were not friendly I assume you might have to pay extra for their smile.

Rude evening staff. First time I have had to pay for breakfast at a hotel in more than 15 years. Quality of breakfast was underwhelming. For ,more than $--- a night should be better quality and complimentary. This overall experience was not a good value.

Hotel was fine as was the staff. The price to have a small dog of just 6lbs was totally outrageous! 70$. IÂ¿ve realized, the next time I book a hotel, I will call them directly to see how much they charge for a pet. Also there no cups for coffee & d

The hotel in general, and my room in particular, were all nice for the price, very clean. Additionally, all the staff that I interacted with could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. The location was also very good ... only a block from the beach, and within short walking distance to several good restaurants. The only negative thing I can say about it is that I was disappointed that this Hilton Garden Inn, unlike every other one I have stayed at, did not have an on-site bar to relax at in the evening.

Nice property, a bit older and overpriced. Beach location is very good, thus the elevated rates. The employees were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good. (Omelet).

Front desk staff was friendly. Room was sufficient and felt clean. What bothered us was the cheapness on the part of the hotel. Breakfast was not included, but you could pay $14.00 for a sub par breakfast buffet. They take away the coffee/tea after breakfast and charge you $4 for water. Not very welcoming.
